Annual Grow Village Fete - cakes, games, plants for charity!

Back for it's 2nd year, the Grow Village Fete is about being together, having a good time and raising money for charity!

Raising funds for The Centre for Better Health, on sale we had freshly baked bread by one of their projects, the Bikery Bakery, amazing cakes donated by Hackney Wick locals, Canababes Food Co Ltd., and have-a-go village fete games! On sale, will also be plants from Growing Concerns, a community garden centre just down the canal on Wick Lane.

Slow Fire London will be putting on a BBQ with meat and veg options smoked in an old converted ambulance, served with crunchy slaws and punchy salads!
