Intabeats is a place for artists and ravers to openly explore and experience Drum & Bass.
Following on from an incredible launch party, join us at Grow on Wednesday 13th December for an extra special Intabeats Christmas party. Created by Drum & Bass pioneer Bailey, he'll be bringing in guests from across the scene to showcase the sounds of Drum & Bass in the intimate club setting of Grow.

To book a table for you and your friends, click on the widget to the right and select the date of the event and pick your time. We accept bookings up till 8pm. You’ll have to pay entry on the door if you book a table. There are a limited amount of tables available to book of varying sizes and there are plenty of spaces available for walk ups.

Happy Hour: Come to Grow between 5-7pm on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and enjoy offers on cocktails, wine and lager. From great rates on our specially curated organic wines, discounts on our signature cocktails to two of award winning lager for a tenner (!)
Our Spice Trail Menu is predominantly plant based, with some ethically sourced meat options, as part of our conscious drive towards sustainability. Our passion is for the cooking of the Middle East and southern Mediterranean so expect punchy flavours, warm spices and as always the best ingredients we can find to comfort and nourish the soul.
With our drinks, we partner with breweries St Austell and Signature Brew for our lagers and IPAs and serve organic wine and prosecco which help international wildlife charity, Born Free. We design our spin on such drinks as Rum Punch, homemade Hackney Spiced Rum and Espresso Martini.
