ABOUT LARGE BOOKINGS
Reservations are free to make, however we take card details to confirm the booking
Large gatherings are limited to 30 people and last 3 hours from the start time. For over 30 people, you can still enquire but there may be a fee involved
The latest start time for large group bookings on a Friday is 8pm and on Saturday is 6pm
You may be charged £25 per table and/or lose your booking:
in the event of no-show
late arrival or less than 50% of your party turn up on time
late cancellation / alteration
if you don’t check in at the bar upon arrival
Tables/Seating is booked to act as a base rather than for exact number of guests
Bookings are made for 3 hrs, after that your tables will be made available for other customers
Guests arriving after your booking starts are not guaranteed entry if we reach capacity and may need to queue
There is charge on the door after 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Guests who arrive after 9pm will need to join the general admissions queue (if there is one) and will be charged on entry

All alterations to timings and number of guests need to be confirmed a minimum of 72 hrs in advance via email through reservations@growhackney.co.uk (not phone). We will try to accommodate changes but it may not be possible
Guests are not able to bring their own food and drinks to the venue (unless due to allergens and agreed in advance)
Please ask us in advance if you’re considering decorations as you will need permission
KITCHEN, ALLERGENS AND ACCESSIBILITY
Grow's chefs prepare food to order so dishes made on the day do not arrive all at the same time. Please check kitchen opening times.
Allergens: When we prepare food and drinks in our bars and kitchen, we handle all allergens so we can't guarantee food and drink is allergen free. We are unable to serve celiacs but with advance notice, they are more than welcome to bring in their own food
