Grow is a canalside music venue, bar, kitchen and garden in Hackney Wick, home to a carefully curated programme of live music, DJs, cultural events and community-led gatherings.

Our programme has developed a strong identity over the years, with a focus on thoughtful curation, independent artists, grassroots culture, deep listening, dancefloor energy and sounds rooted in community, discovery and connection.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

We curate our programme with a long lead time and work closely with regular partners, promoters, collaborators and our in-house programme, so opportunities for new external proposals are limited.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome thoughtful DIY events, emerging promoters and independent artists, but we are looking for proposals with care, commitment and a genuine interest in making the event work.

A strong idea does not need to be glossy or fully established, but it should show:

Clear musical or cultural identity
Realistic planning
An understanding of audience
A reason for happening at Grow
