Canalside Sessions with Williams Cumberbache is a regular weekend treat that brings world-class live music right to Hackney Wick.
ABOUT THE EVENT
Every Sunday afternoon from 1-4 pm, master conga player Williams Cumberbache, with over 30 years in the UK music scene and collaborations with legends like Goldie and Björk. Each week Williams will be joined by special guest bands bringing amazing live music to Hackney Wick every week with something different.
Ideal for families, friends, and music lovers alike and even your dog will enjoy this uplifting experience which is all about connection, relaxation, and the joy of live music - an essential part of Grow’s vibrant community.
SPECIAL GUEST – EMILE HINTON TRIO CADÊNCIA
Emile Hinton is an award-winning London pianist and composer, joined in Trio Cadência by Toby Yapp on bass and Dom Hall on drums. Together they explore Brazilian jazz, samba, bossa nova and música instrumental Brasileira through a fresh London jazz lens, full of warmth, rhythm and loose, expressive interplay.
