CSGRV and Demacque are back at Grow for their fifth all-night session, with seven hours to dig through their collections and see where the night takes them.
ABOUT THE EVENT
These two have been close friends and sharing music since their teens, and that history comes through in their music and synergy together. This is the opportunity to take their time and explore the wide breadth of music they love and share across 7 hours. Expect anything from Brazilian MPB and samba funk, jazz, soul, disco, Afro-highlife, Latin, rare groove and deeper club cuts of house and techno as the hours grow later.
Having the whole night means there’s time to start slow, change direction with curveballs, pull out things they wouldn’t normally get to play, and gradually change gears as things heat up on the dancefloor.
CSGRV is also the booker behind Grow’s music programme. Before joining Grow, he programmed and ran Superstition at Village Underground which was a long standing club night and bastian for quality techno and house in London, as well as being one of the night’s resident DJs opeing up the space for some of the scene biggest artists.
