Every Sunday afternoon from 1-4 pm, master conga player Williams Cumberbache, with over 30 years in the UK music scene and collaborations with legends like Goldie and Björk. Each week Williams will be joined by special guest bands bringing amazing live music to Hackney Wick every week with something different.
Ideal for families, friends, and music lovers alike and even your dog will enjoy this uplifting experience which is all about connection, relaxation, and the joy of live music—an essential part of Grow’s vibrant community.
ABOUT THE GUEST
Judith Bwire is a distinguished Kenyan artist known for her mastery of the nyatiti, a traditional eight-stringed lyre. As one of the few women playing the nyatiti, she has carved a niche in the world music scene. Her music, often categorized as Afro-fusion, blends traditional sounds with contemporary influences.
