For the final edition of DeepDig 2025, we close the year with a journey that embodies everything this series is about—long-form sets, deep selections and artists given full freedom to explore their sound.
ABOUT THE EVENT & DJS
Taking the helm is Nina Yamada, who brings her wide-reaching vision to Grow for an extended 4-hour set. Born in Kamakura, Japan and now based in London, she is the founder of Jazzy Sport London, the international outpost of Japan’s cult label and record store. Her deep house roots are woven with Afrobeat, jazz, Latin, reggae and beyond, creating fluid journeys that move across genres with ease. Fresh from opening for Theo Parrish at We Out Here and with a My Analog Journal set ranked in Mixmag’s Top 10 of 2023, Yamida steps into DeepDig ready to show the breadth of her sound.
She’s joined by Bror Havnes, Norwegian saxophonist, DJ, and record collector whose sets pull from rare finds across funk, psychedelic grooves, avant-garde and global obscurities. Known for his work with Flammer Dance Band and the Lyskestrekk Records family, Bror’s selections bring a raw, unpredictable edge to the night.
An extended closing chapter for DeepDig 2025, led by two selectors who know how to take their time.
