ABOUT THE EVENT & DJS

Rook Records are Hackney Wick’s diggers, selectors and label runners, known for unearthing gems across soul, jazz, Afrobeat, disco and beyond. From a spare-room start to their own shop and label, they’ve built a reputation for deep cuts and dancefloor-ready edits. This time they take over Grow Hackney to launch DJ Swerve’s hotly anticipated EP with a floor-shaking blend of disco, African, Latin, house and garage. Expect rare grooves, pure vibes, and the chance to pick up exclusive vinyl and merch on the night.
