Following on from their sold out shows at Colour Factory, NTs Loft, Night Tales and The Jago - Far Corners are back at Grow, Hackney for a night of music from the far corners of the world.
This time, John Gómez brings his crate‑digging mastery to the Far Corners stage: perfect company for Kamar and Daniele Mizar at a night designed to traverse the world’s dance traditions - from Calypso and Samba to Highlife and Cosmic Disco
For fans of boundary-less, globe-spanning grooves, John Gómez needs little introduction. As the deep‑digging half of London’s revered duo Tangent, he’s been unearthing the rarest funk, disco, dub, afro‑beat, Latin, jazz, minimal synth and left‑field dance gems for years.
His legendary vinyl sets - punctuated by Brazilian electronic obscurities - have made him a regular on NTS Radio’s Soup to Nuts and the curator behind Music From Memory's landmark Outro Tempo series
Expect a seven‑hour journey through kaleidoscopic rhythms and rare grooves: a sonic exploration that’s as soulful and joyous as it is adventurous - just as a Far Corners event demands
Far Corners residents Kamar and Daniele Mizar will also be joining the bill on warm-up duties, promising to bring their expansive Latin, South Asian, Middle Eastern and African collections that they've provided to crowds at We Out Here, The Jago, Night Tales Loft and Colour Factory over the past year.

These parties are, by nature, inclusive, and are meant to be safe spaces, where the cultural tapestry of global music can be heard, found and appreciated in its richness. We want to bring people into that vision and have an absolute zero tolerance policy for bigoted, creepy or abusive behaviour.
ENTRY INFORMATION
Limited Pre-sale tickets: £5, £7 (limited availability on RA). Free before 9 PM, the majority of tickets are on the door for £10 after.

You can book tables up until 8pm in other areas of the venue to enjoy food and drink and still enjoy the event in the main area. If you don’t book in advance, arriving early is recommended as tables are on a first-come-first-served basis.
